12.1 The ldgame Platform is strictly intended for adults aged twenty-one (21) years and above. ldgame does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
12.2 If ldgame becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the payment source after verification.
