3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ldgame account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at ldgame's discretion.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. ldgame is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify ldgame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. ldgame will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your ldgame account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension.
ldgame is required to conduct KYC verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with ldgame's KYC procedures. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is completed to ldgame's satisfaction.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on ldgame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ldgame does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ldgame currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ldgame reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 9.2 ldgame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ldgame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 ldgame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ldgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 ldgame collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
10.2 By registering for an ldgame account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to ldgame's legal obligations to retain certain records.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ldgame's internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
